Abstract

3D scan of an AEG Mignon Type 4 Index typewriter with and without lid produced by the German company AEG between 1924 and 1933. The typewriter was distinguished by two major features: the absence of a keyboard, which was replaced by a pointer bar coupled to the type roller, and the possibility of exchanging the types and the letter field. AEG offered 36 different type rollers and letter fields.
